Shipping Time Frame
Our orders are processed within 1 day and shipped the next business day. Products are shipped from our Sydney depot with delivery varying between 3 – 10 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Our customer care team will email you upon checkout to provide a shipping confirmation containing your order and tracking number so you’re able to track your delivery.
At peak periods when our team is experiencing a high volume, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there are any significant delays, our team will contact you via email or phone.
